A recent study says that the staffing industry in India has grown at a rate of 20-25% per year, and since continued to rise tremendously. The significance of Third-party staffing and payroll service providers is gradually gaining over the year among the corporate.

Another report by “Indian Staffing Federation” observed that temporary staffing growth was witnessed in IT, e-commerce, logistics and manufacturing sectors, irrespective of the impact of the COVID pandemic.

According “Staffing Industry Analysis” (SIA) calculations, the Indian Staffing market was worth INR 483 crore in 2020. This is the fourth largest staffing market in Asia-after Japan, China and Australia.

This clearly shows the need of staffing companies which can penetrate easily and generate immense volume of business. Only requirement is to understand the evolving dynamics of the business and accordingly transform or adapt to the new changes. This can facilitate in transforming from just being labour market intermediates to future drivers of business for corporates in India.

2) Security

 Likewise, The Private Security Industry is amongst the largest employers in India accommodating around 90 lakh guards with a potentiality to recruit another 30 lakh people in 2022.

As per “The Times of India” report the domestic private security services industry aims at registering over 20 per cent growth in the next years and expects to double its market size to Rs. 80,000 crores by 2022 in India.

Shakti role :

  1. Shakti will offer exclusive territorial rights including usage of brand name, proprietary marks, domain names, technology, and system to franchisees with authorization to represent company.

  2. Shakti takes responsibility to promote business through digital/print/electronic media and providing publicity material.

  3. Shakti will offer pre – opening and post – opening training to franchisees and On Job Training (OJT) to outsourced employees.

  4. Shakti will participate in e-tenders by submitting EMDs/BGs etc. on behalf of franchisees.

  5. Shakti will bear all official costs (except out of pocket expenses) for obtaining statutory licenses at franchisee territory.

  6. Shakti will provide toll free number for easy access to employer/employee and also dedicated server for preparing monthly balance sheets.

  7. Shakti will set up separate call center for attending service related queries.

 

Fees and Royalty :

  1. Fees      :  Non-refundable one time fees depending on the territory will be paid

              by Franchisee to Shakti.

  1. Royalty : 40% of gross margin generated from retail business, placement and

              Payroll, consultancy services will be paid by Franchisee to Shakti.
70% of gross margin from e-tender business will be paid by Franchisee to Shakti.

Tenure :

Agreement will be made initially for three years which can be extended further moreperiod on mutual consent.

 

Requirements :

  1. a) Office space of around 500 sft.
  2. b) Client Relations Manager
  3. c) Computer Operator
  4. d) One Desktop/Laptop with printer and internet connection
